Stuffed Pizza Burgers

I love kitchen gadgets and I pretty much use every gadget that I have in my kitchen! One of the gifts that my husband got me for my birthday last week was a Stuffed Burger Maker. So of course I just had to test it out!

My husband knew since last week (after I received my Stuffed Burger Maker) that stuffed burgers were on the menu for this week so he has been waiting for this day to arrive.

To be honest, I didn’t even know that something like this even existed! But I do love gadgets that makes things easier. Of course, I had like a million different ideas in my head for what kind of stuffed burger I wanted to make. But in the end I knew that I wanted to make Stuffed Pizza Burgers.

So the next question is, was it easy to use? YES & NO! It takes a little bit of practice to get used to, but once you read through the directions and do your first burger, it’s pretty simple. But I am still learning and my burgers turned into MEGA STUFFED BURGERS, but they were still delicious. I will just need to keep practicing. Practice makes perfect!

Shape the turkey mixture into burgers. Add a little bit of the mushroom mixture into the middle of the burger, followed by cheese. Place another burger patty on top and pinch the edges together to seal.

In a medium skillet or indoor grill heat some olive oil over medium heat and cook the burgers until no longer pink.

To assemble the burgers: Place a small portion of nomato sauce onto the bottom bun, followed by a stuffed burger, a little bit of the leftover mushroom mixture, a little more nomato sauce, and then the top bun.
