PB & J Smoothie

Who doesn’t love a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Why not combine the yummy flavors of a classic   PB & J (berries and peanut butter) into a tasty smoothie.

This PB & J smoothie is also secretly healthy when you had spinach or kale to the mix. This smoothie is perfect for an on the go breakfast or a yummy afternoon snack!

I have many favorite smoothie recipes in my arsenal, and this is one of them!

Don’t like peanut butter? No problem! You can try it with almond butter.

PB & J Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
  • 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • Handful of Leafy Greens (Spinach, Kale, etc)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp. Flaxseed

Instructions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Notes

If you aren't a fan of Peanut Butter, you can easily swap it for Almond Butter.
