Dairy Free Oat Breakfast Smoothies Made 2 Ways

All week I have been wanting a smoothie, but I couldn’t decide if I wanted chocolate or strawberry, so I decided to make both (made chocolate yesterday afternoon and strawberry for breakfast this morning)! Better yet, I thought that I would make it healthy too! These smoothies are very satisfying and will fuel you up to help you get started with your day! Both of these smoothies makes 2 servings, but if your not willing to share or have nobody to share with, then it could make just one large serving just for you.

Fruit & Oat Breakfast Smoothie

1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries

2 Bananas, sliced

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup GF Oats

1 Cup DF Milk

1 tsp. Honey

1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Oat  Breakfast Smoothie

2 Sliced Bananas

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup GF Oats

1 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk

4 Dates, pitted and sliced

1 tbsp. Coconut Oil, melted

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
