My husband has an addiction to Starbucks Breakfast Sandwiches. As if his Frozen Hot Chocolate addiction isn’t enough. Sometimes he will stop at Starbucks once or twice during the week (not every week though) just so he can feed his breakfast sandwich craving. But now he (actually both of us) have a brand new addiction to Caribou Coffee because our favorite coffee shop now serves Caribou instead of Starbucks now.
Personally, I’ve never been able to indulge in a Starbucks Breakfast Sandwich because they aren’t gluten free, but they sure do look good!
So, considering my husband has an addiction to these Starbucks Breakfast Sandwiches, and also because I wanted the chance to make a homemade version so I could indulge myself, I decided to create a homemade version.
The homemade version was a true winner! My husband was making enjoyment noises until the last bite, so obviously it was that good!
One thing that I love about these breakfast sliders is that you easily switch out certain ingredients according to what you are craving. You can either have these with sausage, turkey bacon, or ham. And of course the guacamole makes these sliders amazing too!
