Gluten Free Lemon Pesto Penne

Tonight is one of those nights where we needed a quick & easy supper due to our schedules.

Here is a delicious, simple, and quick dinner recipe for those nights when you need something quick!

Lemon Pesto Penne


GF Penne Pasta

2 Cloves minced garlic



DF White Cheese

Black Olives

Cook the Penne according to package directions. Once the pasta is done, drain and return to pot.

Add the minced garlic, basil, black olives, white cheese, and pesto. Mix everything together.


Spinach Basil Pesto


3 Cloves Garlic

Fresh Basil

1 Cup DF White Cheese

2/3 Cup walnuts, almonds, or pine nuts

1/2 Cup Spinach

1 tsp. salt & pepper

1/2 to 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

In a food processor add all the ingredients and pulse until you reach the right consistency. If the pesto is stiff or dry you can add in more olive oil.
