Cod Fish Sandwich w/ Lemony Garlic Mayo (Gluten Free)

We eat lots of fish at our house (at least once a week) and I especially love it this time of year because it’s light & healthy.

These Cod Fish sandwiches are so delicious and satisfying that you will want seconds!

Cod Fish Sandwiches

4 Cod Fillets

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup GF Flour

1/2 Cup GF Breadcrumbs

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper, to taste

GF Hamburger Buns

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in 3 bowls. Dip the fish in the flour, egg, and then the breadcrumbs.


Heat some olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fish for 3 min. per side.


Place the cod in the oven for about 5 min. to finish the cooking process.

Lemony Garlic Mayo

1/4 cup Mayo

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Handful of Chives

While the Cod is cooking, you can start making the mayo.

Mix the mayo garlic, lemon juice, and chives in a bowl and stir to combine.


Spread the Mayo onto the hamburger buns.
