Apple Cider Salmon

Apple Cider Chicken is a favorite dish at our house this time of year! One day as I was thinking of ways I could improve or switch up some things with my Apple Cider Chicken, I got this idea and I thought I wonder how Apple Cider Salmon would taste? So I thought I would try it and just as I thought it was AMAZING!

As great as it did taste, it could use some perfecting. It tasted great thought, but the perfectionist in me says that it needs a little work. If anyone has any suggestions/ideas/comments on ways I could improve this dish please leave your comments below I would love to hear them!

Apple Cider Salmon

4 Salmon Fillets

1 Cup Apple Cider

1 tbsp. EVOO

Fresh or Dried Rosemary

Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a small saucepan, add the Apple Cider and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and stir. When the cider starts bubbling, turn off the heat and let it thicken.


Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle rosemary over the salmon. Cook for 15-20min.

Drizzle the Apple Cider over the salmon.
